attentive staff excellent food prompt service broken lamp upper light non-functional light
I found the staff very attentive. The restaurant was busy. The food was excellent, and it was served promptly.
I stayed in a room. The lamp was broken. One upper light did not work.

cute staff organised staff perfect room attentive reception dirty patio poor condition standard slip
the staff were cute and organised. the room was perfect. emily at reception helped us with transport to our concert and back. she checked we had returned safely.
i have stayed at this hotel regularly since 2021. i noticed the standard slip over the last couple of visits. my recent stay was disappointing. the patio area was very dirty. the ground, tables and chairs were in poor condition.

moldy shower dirty carpets
Location was okay. At least parking existed without additional fees.
The room, a 'Comfy Double', was anything but. The carpets looked dirtier than a toddler's high chair, and the shower had mold. It looks like cleaning is optional here.
